Fried Vermicelli with Rawon Paste

Cook something simple and delicious with this easy recipe!
Ingredients:
- Vermicelli noodles
- 4-6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2-4 tbsp Rawon paste
- Shallots, diced
- 2 cups cooked beef, diced
- Wahyu Brand Rawon paste
Instructions:
1. Cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Sauté diced shallots until fragrant.
4. Add the cooked beef for 1 minute till slightly brown.
5. Combine Rawon paste; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until aromatic and evenly mixed.
6. Add cooked vermicelli noodles; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
7. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring noodles are well coated.
