Classic Sambal Goreng Pengantin

This recipe adapts the traditional taste using Wahyu Brand Sambal Goreng instant cooking paste, making it easier to create this delicious dish at home!


Ingredients:
- 4-6 tablespoons of Wahyu Brand Sambal Goreng paste
- 1 big-sized onion, chopped
- Kaffir lime leaves
- Red chilli
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- Coconut milk
- Beef lung, beef fats and beef chunks

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and saute until fragrant.
2. Add Wahyu Sambal Goreng paste and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add meat and stir to combine, let cook for 3 minutes.
4. Pour in coconut milk and water. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
5.  Reduce heat to low, add lime leaves and chilli and cook for 5-7 minutes or until meat is tender.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with steamed rice.

Note: You can adjust the amount of Wahyu Sambal Goreng paste to your desired level of spiciness and flavour.

Tips:
- Use a variety of colorful vegetables to make the dish visually appealing.
- Add vegetables like tofu, long beans and tempeh for added texture.
- Substitute coconut milk with Greek yogurt for a creamier sauce.
