Beef Soto

Beef Soto with Wahyu Brand Paste:

Servings: 4-6 people

Ingredients:
- 500g beef brisket or beef shank, sliced into thin strips
- 200g of Wahyu Brand Soto Paste
- 1200ml of water
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium-sized onions, chopped
- Rice cakes or noodles for serving
- Beansprouts (optional)
- Fried shallots (optional)
- Chopped coriander (optional)
- Wahyu Brand Sambal Kicap (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and saute until fragrant.

2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned.

3. Add Wahyu Brand Soto Paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Pour in water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours or until beef is tender.

5. Serve hot, garnished with beansprouts, fried shallots, chopped coriander, and desired amount of Wahyu Brand Sambal Kicap for a kick of spice! Add in your yellow noodles or rice cakes into your soup.
